Room Change Requests

Submit a Room Change Request


If you would like to change your current housing assignment, you may submit a Room Change Request through the link above, when open.

  • Please contact our office before submitting a request to inquire as to which rooms on campus have an available bed. 
  • Once submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • If you are approved, a $35 non-refundable administrative fee will be charged to your account. 

If you are swapping rooms with another student, both of you will need to submit a request form. Please indicate in the Comments section who you will be swapping with so that we can keep an eye out for both requests. (During Open Housing Selection over the summer, please follow these instructions for Room Swaps.)

If you need to cancel a Room Change Request, send us an email to let us know. Please note that requests cancelled after approval will still be subject to the $35 fee. If you need to correct something on a request already submitted, please contact our office to cancel the initial request and then submit a new one.
