Physical Fitness

Physical fitness is an important aspect of ROTC and Task Force Blue Ridge and shows:

  • Individual physical fitness level
  • Unit physical fitness level
  • Physical fitness deficiencies
  • Cadets needing special attention

Cadets will be expected to regularly conduct:

  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Two-mile run
