Educational Requirements

According to the Alabama Department of Education: 

The state of Alabama offers the following endorsements. 

• Alabama does not offer an academic Engineering (6–12) endorsement. Engineering is available only through Career & Technical Education (CTE) certification pathways (e.g., technical education programs such as PLTW), which are not equivalent to academic secondary endorsements.
