Clear Credential – Specialization in School Counseling

California requires applicants for this licensure have a professional preparation program with at least 30 credits in school counseling, including supervised field experience with school-age children. Programs accredited by CACREP meet this requirement. California also requires 800 hours of supervised field experience, which students must ensure they meet through Practicum/Internship:
