The state of Connecticut does NOT offer the following endorsements.

Additional Requirements (After Degree Conferral)
- Please submit all licensure documents (located on the Gate 4 Checklist) to gate4@liberty.edu.
- Students will need to obtain their Virginia license first to qualify for reciprocity.
- Gate 4 will complete a College Verification Form which will be used to apply for Virginia licensure.
- After obtaining a Virginia license students can then apply for an Connecticut license through reciprocity.
Reciprocity
Connecticut provides fully licensed educators a path to certification based on where they’re already certified. Follow a streamlined application process by submitting the following forms and documentation if you have a valid certificate from Alabama, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
