The state of Wyoming does NOT offer the following endorsements:
- Engineering
The state of Wyoming offers the following endorsements:
- Biology (6-12)
- Business (6-12)
- Chemistry (6-12)
- Computer Science (6-12)
- English (6-12)
- FACS (6-12)
- Health and P.E.: Health (K-12) and Physical Education (K-12) as two separate endorsements
- Mathematics (6-12)
- Music: Choral (Vocal) (K-12)
- Music: Instrumental (K-12)
- Physics (6-12)
- Physics Education: Earth and Space Science (6-12)
- Social Studies Comprehensive (6-12)
- Spanish: World Language (K-12)
- TESL (ESL) (K-12)
- Theatre Arts (Drama/Theatre) (6-12)
- Visual Arts (Art) (K-12)
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of the U.S. and Wyoming Constitutions.
Reciprocity
Recognizing Out-of-State Licensure
- Wyoming participates in state-to-state reciprocity; however, reciprocity implies an “equal exchange.” Therefore, the requirements an applicant met to obtain his or her out-of-state teaching license must be equivalent to Wyoming requirements.
