Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Puerto Rico requires that applicants for this licensure have a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or related field from an accredited college, complete three thousand (3,000) hours of supervised clinical experience within a period of two (2) years and pass the LMFT licensing examination administered by the Puerto Rico Board of Marriage and Family Therapists.
