Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Mississippi requires that applicants for this licensure have a master’s or doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy from a COAMFTE accredited marriage and family therapy program, or a master’s or doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy from a college or university program with candidacy status by COAMFTE which subsequently received COAMFTE accreditation.
