Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Texas requires applicants for this licensure have a master’s in counseling. In addition, applicants must take the Texas LPC Jurisprudence Exam within six months prior to submitting their application: https://bhec.texas.gov/texas-state-board-of-examiners-of-professional-counselors/jurisprudence-examination/. Upon completion of the exam, applicants will receive a certificate.
