Q. What discounts do you offer?

A. We offer military discounts for active or retired members of any branch of service if the proper identification is shown. We also offer discounts for active members of Liberty University: 30% off for all online students, staff members, faculty and alumni and all residential students who have paid their activity fee are free at the facility (proper identification must be shown for all discounts to apply). If you have any questions about discounts please call our main line at (434) 582-3539.

*Discounts do not apply to special packages, group pricing, lodge rentals, etc.

Q. Do you have group discounts?

A. We do have group rates for parties of 20 or more who have scheduled a time and date for their visit with our Event Coordinator (two week notice is recommended). For more information on parties and groups please visit our Groups and Parties page.

Q. Do you give refunds or rainchecks?

A. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is complete at the ticket desk, online through our website or third party outlets. This includes weather related events. We do not issue rain checks. Please check local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.

Q. Are there any age requirements?

A. There is no age requirement at the facility. A child must be 36in tall to participate in tubing. There is no age requirement for skiing/snowboarding and it is up the parent/legal guardian to decide whether or not their child/dependent should participate in any of those offered activities.

Q. Is there a dress requirement?

A. There is no dress requirement for skiing/snowboarding, however, it is highly encouraged that you wear something that will cover your elbows and knees while riding. Due to the material used to make Snowflex it can be abrasive to exposed skin. Elbows and knees can make hard contact with the surface when falling causing the skin to be become scratched and irritated. It is also required that some form of footwear be worn while tubing, closed toe shoes are not required, however.

Q. Can I use my own equipment when I come?

A. Yes you may bring your own equipment to ride with at our facility. Snowflex does not require special equipment to ride with and many of our staff use their own equipment when riding.

All guests must have a signed LIABILITY FORM to participate in LMSC activities
