Keith Anderson

Title: Dean of Students

Keith is an amazing investor in people. He leads a large department of dedicated individuals, ministering to the students at Liberty. His responsibilities include working with Campus Pastors and the Conduct and Care Offices; so there is never a dull day in his life! Keith accepts the challenge of helping his staff meet the needs of our student population with enthusiasm, optimism, and the Spirit of Christ.

Andy Bolton

Andy is well-known around the university for his excellent work ethic, great attitude and for always going above and beyond to provide the best service possible. He also does an excellent job of teaching and encouraging those who work around him and for him.

Tom Butler

Kenny Elder

Kenny has stood out to the superiors of the Building Services and Campus Recreation Office as an incredible asset to Liberty's facilities. An employee since 2009, Kenny is dependable and very conscientious about his work. Always improving, Kenny is an excellent addition to the Liberty University team. Congratulations to Kenny!

Chris Fournier

Dept: Student Leadership
Title: Resident Director

Chris, a native Virginian, came to Liberty University in the Spring of 2004. He graduated in 2007 with a B.A. in Religion, and an emphasis in youth ministry. He immediately began working toward his graduate degree in professional counseling. After three years as an R.A. and a brief stint working in a treatment center in Missouri where Chris met his wife, Amanda, he returned to Lynchburg and Liberty in September 2010 as a Resident Director. On any given day you will find Chris encouraging students, cracking jokes and ministering to others. Chris has become a model of teachability, joy, work ethic and Christlikeness for the students and co-workers he comes in contact with.

Alicia MacLeod

Dept: Marketing Department
Title: Project Manager

Alicia has been doing an incredible job of balancing additional responsibilities during the transition of project managers. She faces challenges with a positive attitude and is committed to moving projects through the system as quickly and efficiently as possible. In several instances, she is able to push the sign-offs through and complete her projects before the promised deadline. When needed, she is quick to help a teammate or coworker find an answer or assist in daily office management tasks.

Peggie Poluikis

Dept: Registrar
Title: Academic Evaluator

For the past seven years Peggie has been a model of consistency in her selfless service to others in the Registrar’s Office. She interacts with online undergraduate students, assisting them toward the successful completion and conferral of their degrees. Many of these students email our office to express their gratitude for the ways in which Peggie has gone beyond simply doing her job. Besides keeping up with the needs of her own students, other Evaluators in our office benefit from her cheerful, helping hand whenever needed. She is also instrumental in training new Academic Evaluators. Peggie exemplifies just how much “You Matter” in life at Liberty!

Dawn Stamm

Dept: Enrollment Management
Title: Loan Processor

Dawn is currently employed as a Loan Processor in the Financial Aid Office.  As she enters a second year in Financial Aid, Dawn represents the office well with her mature and methodical approach to problem-solving. Dawn works with a wide variety of staff members and students throughout her day; and her career path before Liberty helped to prepare her for this, as she worked in the world of real estate for RE/MAX 1st Olympic Realtors and Harmony Homes and Land. Dawn attended Davis Bible College, SUNY Cortland and Broome Community College. She is starting a new academic career at Liberty by entering into an undergraduate degree program in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Phillip Sutton

Dept: Auxiliary Services
Title: Project Manager

Phillip started in Fulfillment as a student worker in the summer 2009 and currently serves as a Project Manager, servicing Resident Enrollment. Phillip’s dedication to Liberty University and his commitment to create an efficient team are immeasurable. Phillip is always the first person to arrive at work and refuses to leave until projects are complete. He consistently goes above and beyond to service all university departments on short notice and in emergencies. Phillip’s dedication to the mission of Liberty University and his outgoing personality make him an incredible asset, and consistently earn him the respect of all that work with him.

April Tolley

Dept: Development
Title: Workflow Manager

April began her Liberty University career five years ago as an agent in the call center. Her work ethic and attention to detail quickly earned her promotions. She now serves as Workflow Manager for the Development Division. Her expertise with Banner and the CRM make her an invaluable asset to this division. April always gives more than 100 percent and enjoys serving our internal clients and donors.  She has an excellent attitude and sense of humor. Her testimony for the Lord is evident in all she does. She is loved and respected by all. Her coworkers feel truly blessed to have April in their department.
