Recreation Centers offers over 90 Group Exercise classes a week, focusing on strength, cardio, and mind/body. If you would like more information about each of these classes, please click here. Our classes are led by a talented group of instructors who want to be a positive influence and empower many to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Get to know each one of our Group Exercise instructors and check out the schedule below.
All standard group exercise classes listed on the schedule below are FREE with a valid Flames Pass and LaHaye Rec and Fitness membership. All classes are held at LaHaye Recreation and Fitness Center in our group exercise classrooms unless otherwise noted.

We are excited to introduce private, small group, and large event group exercise classes. All of the instructors are highly qualified and certified in the modality they are teaching. Check out the list below and see if this type of group exercise class is right for you.
These classes are available in 3-13 week packages or you can pay a single session fee. If you would like to sign up for a private or small group session or schedule a large event, please visit the front desk of the LaHaye Recreation and Fitness Center, or e-mail Recreationcenters@liberty.edu
