Course Description

This course is designed to teach the student the essential competencies required for leading in Next Gen ministry. Emphasis will be placed on leading an effective strategy of spiritual formation that engages the entire family from birth to college in the local church

Rationale

The Next Gen leader is confronted with unique leadership challenges that comes with ministering to minors. The Next Gen leader should know how to create safe environments across ministry programs, design a spiritual formation strategy for the family, and to develop the leadership skills necessary to lead in the local church.

NextGen Research Paper: Proposal Assignment

The student will write a paper on a Holistic Spiritual Formations Strategy for NextGen Ministry. The paper will be written in two parts to include a proposal in Module 4 and the final paper submission in Module 7. (CLOs: A,B,C,D)
