Replace Your Flames Pass
If your Flames Pass is lost, damaged, or temporarily inaccessible, stop by Card Services to get another one.
Deactivate Your Flames Pass
- When you learn that your Flames Pass is missing, immediately deactivate it to prevent fraudulent use by:
-Contacting Card Services at 434-582-7771 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
-Visiting the Flames Pass Portal and selecting “Deactivate Card.”
- To reactivate your card visit the Flames Pass Portal and select "Activate Card" OR visit Card Services in person with your found Flames Pass.
New Flames Pass
- A replacement Flames Pass incurs a $25.00 fee that is assessed to your student account.
- When a Flames Pass has been replaced, it is permanently disabled for your security and cannot be reactivated.
Your first replacement Flames Pass is free, and any additional replacement is subject to a $25.00 replacement fee.
