Biography

Professor Moore currently serves as a professor in the undergraduate nursing program. She has a background in medical-surgical and obstetrical-neonatal nursing. She enjoyed acute care nursing at the bedside in women’s care, mother-baby care, and neonatal nursing. Professor Moore has experience teaching health science courses and working as a school nurse in the public-school setting. She has a love and background in crisis pregnancy center work. Professor Moore has a passion for nursing education and obtained the Certified Nurse Educator credential from the National League for Nursing in 2021. She has experience as a nurse educator in various BSN courses and clinical settings. Her desire is to glorify God through assisting future nurses to provide excellent patient-centered care. She strives for those she teaches to hold to and take the promise of Romans 15:13 “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
