Five added to Liberty Athletics Hall of Fame Class for 2013

Liberty University Athletics has announced that five new members will be inducted into the Liberty Athletics Hall of Fame in September. The Hall of Fame’s Class of 2013 will include representatives from football, men’s basketball, women’s soccer, volleyball and athletics administration.

The five-member class, the fifth to be inducted into the Liberty Athletics Hall of Fame, will be honored during special ceremonies surrounding Liberty’s football match-up with Morgan State on Sept. 14 at Williams Stadium. The induction ceremony will be held on Sept. 13 on the Club Pavilion level of the Williams Stadium Tower.

The class includes Anthonia (Akpama) Oyedele (volleyball, 1996-99), Bailey Alston (men’s basketball, 1988-90), Brenda Bonheim (volleyball and women’s basketball coach/SWA, 1975-2000), Nancy (Davis) White (women’s soccer, 1998-2001), and Robby Justino (football, 1989-1992).
