Football players rally students at Friday’s convocation

“Are you ready for some football?”

With those words, Liberty University head football coach Danny Rocco fired up students at Friday’s convocation. Rocco shared his wishes for a sell-out crowd to come and support the LU Flames at their home opener against North Greenville at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

The Liberty University Flames have garnered their second consecutive nod as preseason Big South conference favorites and stand ready for a season of “unfinished business.”
