DecembeRadio rocks the Vines Center

DecembeRadio delivered a powerful two-song Christian rock set at Liberty University’s convocation service on Monday. The band’s first self-titled album with Slanted Records was nominated for “Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album” at the 49th Grammy Awards and also won a 2007 Dove Award for “Rock Album of the Year.” The band is officially releasing its new CD “Satisfied” in concert on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Jefferson Center in nearby Roanoke, Va.

DecembeRadio will be returning to LU for Winterfest 2008, a youth music festival and conference to be held Dec. 30 through Jan. 1, 2009. For more information, go to www.libertywinterfest.com.
