Liberty expands wireless network

In partnership with Liberty University, Aruba Networks, an industry leader in secure and manageable distributed enterprise networks, has significantly enhanced user mobility and experience throughout campus.

The 802.11n wireless network currently hosts approximately 950 wireless access points (WAPS) and is the first to distribute 16 streaming multi-channels through a wireless connection known as IPTV.

In light of the university’s success, Aruba representatives visited the campus to feature Liberty’s wireless initiative in a video-recorded interview.
