Liberty University will be hosting a watch party of the “Dancing with the Stars” (DWTS) season finale, in which former Flames star and current NFL free agent running back Rashad Jennings will be contending for the Mirror Ball Trophy on Tuesday night.
The watch party begins at 8 p.m. in the LaHaye Event Space and is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided. Guests are encouraged to wear red.
The DWTS finals span two nights, with the three remaining couples competing Monday night at 8 p.m., followed by Tuesday night’s finale, starting at 8:30 p.m., where the winner will be revealed. Those unable to attend the party can tune in to watch the show on ABC.
Jennings has been dazzling audiences since his Week 1 debut on ABC’s hit reality show. Liberty has supported the alumnus as he danced his way to the finals, helping his family attend the Week 4 episode, in which Jennings performed a touching tribute to his father. During the semifinal show, clips of Jennings’ playing days at Liberty were featured, illustrating how Jennings overcame obstacles in life, before his quickstep dance.
