Erin Isaacson, MA
Assistant Director for Institutional Assessment
Erin Isaacson came to the Office of Institutional Effectiveness in April 2017 after working for 6.5 years as the administrative assistant and copyright administrator for Red Tie Music/Liberty Music Group, Liberty University’s music publishing company. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Erin moved to Lynchburg and attended Liberty after living in Moscow, Russia with her family for 2 years as missionaries. She graduated from Liberty in 2010 with a B.S. in Worship and Music Studies: Worship Leadership, followed by a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in 2018.
Erin is passionate about encouraging and equipping people and organizations to be successful in a healthy, effective, and fulfilling way. Through her experiences and training in school, ministry and community contexts, Erin has developed skills in organizational and leadership dynamics, strategic planning, consulting, communication and conflict resolution, and initiating effective change initiatives. As part of the Institutional Effectiveness team, she assists in the development of a culture of improvement across the University by helping to facilitate the assessment process for both academic and non-academic schools and departments.
