College can be confusing and we want to make sure you don’t get lost in the shuffle. The Student Advocate Office (SAO) is a one-stop-shop for helping you get your questions answered.

Have questions about financial aid, housing, account holds and balances, personal issues, or roommate conflicts? We serve as a liaison with other offices and departments on campus to help you get your questions answered. We also help clarify and explain University policies and procedures.

Our focus is to help you from your first day at Liberty all the way to graduation, whether that be through problem-solving, peer counseling, walk-in appointments, financial aid, and scholarship help or just a helping hand and listening ear, we are here for you.

Visit us in CASAS, located on the first floor of DeMoss Hall, Room 1100. SAO is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (Office is closed for walk-in visits during Convocation.)


Announcements

  • SAO has a new location: We have moved from the second floor of DeMoss to the first floor. We are now located in CASAS, DeMoss Hall Room 1100. 
  • Spring registration is now open. Be sure to use the new Course Registration Tool and let SAO know if you have any questions.
  • Don't forget to check your Student Checklist for dates and deadlines this semester. 
  • The Financial Check-In (FCI) Deadline for the Spring semester is December 7, 2018.
