CLEP exams are offered at various times on Monday-Friday throughout the school year and summer. CLEP tests are not administered during finals week for both fall and spring semesters.
Each CLEP test is $137 total, broken down in the following way:
There are three easy steps to taking CLEP exams:
Step 1: When you are ready to take your CLEP exam, go to clep.collegeboard.com and pay for the exam by creating a My Account. The CLEP fee is $87 (as of July 1, 2018). After you pay, you will need to print your Registration Ticket and bring it with you on the day of your exam.
Step 2: Pay the Administrative Fee for the exam using the Testing Services Payment Portal. This portal will also allow you to schedule the date of your exam.
Step 3: On your test day, if you are driving onto campus without a parking decal, go to the Hancock Welcome Center to obtain a visitor’s pass. Afterward, come to the Testing Center with a form of ID (ID must have a photo and a signature – A driver’s license works great).
Please also review the following Check-In Policies before you come to take your exam.
That’s it! After following these three steps, you can take your exam.
