Caring For Your Flames Pass

Your Flames Pass is durable and built to last the entire time you’re a student or employee here at Liberty. Still, a little prevention can significantly reduce the probability of requiring a new card (every replacement card costs $25.00, except for the first faculty/staff replacement). Do not do the following with your Flames Pass:

  • Punch holes
  • Scratch the magnetic stripe
  • Put through the washing machine
  • Bend or twist
  • Laminate or tape
  • Share personal information about your card with others
  • Expose to extreme heat
  • Use as an ice scraper
  • Tamper with the information on the card
  • Bite or chew
  • Loan to others
  • Place near magnets or computers
