Service is provided to those who fill out the reservation form at least 72 hours in advance.
Those departing campus will be picked up 90 minutes prior to the carrier's scheduled departure time.
Those arriving in Lynchburg will be picked up at the carrier's scheduled arrival time.

Note: Transit Services will select one of the above pick up times based on the information provided on the reservation form. A second email containing the pick up time will be sent to the address provided.
Roanoke arrival pick-up times:
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ONCE THE SHUTTLE RESERVATION FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL. Liberty University Transit Services cannot make any changes or provide refunds in case of cancellation or error. If you require a change, you will need to submit a new reservation. In the event of a delay or cancellation due to weather or mechanical issues with your transportation service provider (i.e.- Amtrak, Greyhound, or airline) please contact Transit Services at (434)592-3640 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
