ASLI 101 - American Sign Language I

This course provides an introduction to American Sign Language (ASL). Through the development of functional grammar, basic vocabulary, and practical conversational skills, this course will be the basis for further study in the development of fluency in understanidng and expressing the language. Both production and comprehension will be addressed as well as an introduction to the Deaf community.
