Step-by-Step on how to download and/or transfer your tickets, parking passes, and pre-game tailgate passes.
Step 1: Visit LibertyFlames.com/MyAccount on your mobile device
Step 2: Log in using the email and password associated with your account (if you have not logged in before, please call our office at (434) 582-7328 for your online pin).
Step 3: Choose your game from the list available
Step 4: Select “Add All to Apple Wallet” to open your ticket(s) on your smartphone
Step 5: Click “Add All” in the top right corner
Step 6: View in Mobile Wallet – open your phones mobile wallet to have your ticket ready to scan at the gate on gameday

Ticket Transfer Set-Up
Step 4: Follow Steps 1-3 in the log-in process above for digital tickets. Then, select the ‘Transfer’ button on the tickets you wish to send.
Step 5: Verify the tickets that you would like to send or choose the new ‘Select All’ button and then hit ‘continue’ at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6: Enter the name and phone number of the person you are sending the tickets to. You may also choose to use their email instead.
Step 7: Review the transfer with the correct phone number, add another transfer if needed, and then submit the ‘transfer tickets’ button.
To receive the tickets, your guest will follow the following images.
Step 1: Your guest will receive a text message like the following.
Step 2: Upon clicking the link, the following website will open. Select the ‘accept transfer’ button to accept the transfer.
Step 3: If you already have an account through the Liberty Ticket Office, use that log-in info. If not, please select ‘create account’.
Step 4: The tickets will transfer to your online account.
Step 5: Your tickets will live in your online account. To load to your mobile wallet, please follow steps 4-6 listed at the top of the page.
