The Starting 5 - Liberty's Top Storylines
• No. 2 seed Liberty (18-7) will square off with No. 3 seed North Florida (14-10) in the ASUN Women's Basketball Championship semifinals, Friday at 7 p.m. at the KSU Convocation Center.

• Liberty will look to make its third straight ASUN title game appearance. The Lady Flames are 5-1 in ASUN Championship contests, including 2-0 in semifinal games and 4-0 when favored according to seed.

• Liberty is 3-4 all-time against North Florida with the home team winning all seven contests, including the Ospreys' pair of victories on Feb. 6 & 7. The Lady Flames are 1-0 versus UNF in the ASUN Championship, posting a home triumph in the 2019 semifinals.

• The Lady Flames won Thursday's quarterfinal vs. Bellarmine in impressive fashion. They matched a season high for points (88), while posting their highest field goal percentage (60.3) in eight years.

• Two-time ASUN All-Tournament Team member Emily Lytle paced Liberty's balanced attack with 14 points on Thursday. She hit one triple, helping the Lady Flames tie the program record of 175 three-pointers made in a single season (tied with 2013-14 team).

Notes and Anecdotes - Liberty vs. North Florida
• North Florida is 4-3 all-time against Liberty, as the home team has won all seven previous meetings between the two teams. Friday's contest will mark the first neutral-site clash between the Lady Flames and Ospreys.

• North Florida is one of two ASUN teams (also FGCU at 7-0) which owns a winning record against Liberty. UNF will try to join the 2018-19 FGCU squad as the only ASUN teams to defeat Liberty three times in a single season.

• Liberty is appearing in its third straight ASUN semifinal, while UNF has now reached four consecutive semifinals. The host Lady Flames topped the Ospreys 65-51 on March 13, 2019 in an ASUN semifinal contest at the Vines Center.

• Liberty went 0-4 when facing ASUN opponents in Florida this season but is 13-0 against conference foes everywhere else.

• The No. 2 seed is 11-11 all-time when facing the No. 3 seed in the ASUN Championship semifinals. Liberty evened things up as the No. 3 seed in last year's semifinal, recording a 90-87 triumph at No. 2 seed North Alabama.

• Liberty opened in 1971, one year before North Florida.

• Second-year Liberty Athletic Trainer Laura Mancuso is a 2013 graduate of North Florida.
