Liberty's opponents this weekend bring a combined 12-5 (.706) record into the weekend. Pacific is one of three opponents on this year's schedule who qualified for postseason play in 2021, as Pacific competed in the 2021 Postseason NIVC.

Liberty makes its first appearance in California since 2010, when the Lady Flames went 2-3 in a weekend trip to Irvine and Fullerton.

Delaney Dilfer, the Top Setter at Liberty's home tournament, was named ASUN Setter of the Week on Monday. She totaled 12.80 assists per set and 3.10 digs per set last week. Dilfer currently ranks sixth nationally with 11.52 assists per set.

Trinity Watts was named Liberty's Tournament MVP, while Erica Lowery was Top Libero and Lydia Burts was Top Blocker.

Lydia Burts leads the ASUN with 1.42 blocks per set. She holds the ASUN single-season record for blocks per set (1.57), set during the spring of 2021.

This year's 19-player roster features 10 newcomers (seven freshmen plus three transfers). Additionally, Amelia Preston and Julia Mangum return from injuries that caused them to miss most (Preston) or all (Mangum) of the 2021 fall campaign.

Liberty has won nine sets in a row, its longest streak of consecutive sets won since posting three straight 3-0 sweeps, March 13-20, 2021.
