Liberty to Host Virginia Tech as Part of Fall Practice

The Liberty Flames will host the Virginia Tech Hokies in an exhibition game as part of their fall practice.

The Flames are currently in preparation for the upcoming 2023 season this fall and will play two exhibition contests. Liberty will play the UNCW Seahawks at Brooks Stadium in Wilmington, N.C., this Saturday before hosting Virginia Tech on Oct. 21 in exhibition games.

The Oct. 21 game against the Hokies is open to the public. The exhibition will get underway at 5 p.m. at Worthington Field at Liberty Baseball Stadium and is free of charge with open seating. There will also be access to ballpark concessions.

Fall exhibition games may vary in length and format from a traditional nine-inning contest at the discretion of both coaching staffs.
