2021 Fall Men's Soccer Schedule

The Liberty Flames men's soccer team has announced a challenging schedule for the fall of 2021.

After having their season moved from the fall in 2020 to the spring of 2021, the Flames will return to a fall schedule and will see the end to capacity restrictions at Osborne Stadium. Liberty's home schedule will feature seven home games and an exhibition. The Flames will open their home slate on Aug. 20 when the Flames host North Carolina for an exhibition game. Head Coach Kelly Findley's team will face off with Winthrop in their first regular season home game on Sept. 3.

The Flames' home schedule also includes non-conference matches against Gardner-Webb, VMI and Longwood, along with ASUN Conference contests against FGCU, 2021 ASUN Champion Jacksonville, North Florida.

Liberty will begin its 2021 regular season on Aug. 27 at Duke. The Flames will travel to Elon, George Washington, Radford and 2021 NCAA Tournament Quarterfinalist Wake Forest for non-conference matches. Liberty will square off with Stetson, Lipscomb, Bellarmine and ASUN newcomer Central Arkansas in conference road matches.

The ASUN Men's Soccer Championship is currently scheduled for Nov. 5-13. The top six teams in the ASUN standings will advance to the 2021 ASUN Men's Soccer Tournament. The quarterfinals and semifinals will be held at the home sites of the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds, Nov.5 and 7. The No. 1 and No. 2 seeds will receive a bye and play the quarterfinal winners in the semifinals. The finals will be played on the home field of the highest remaining seed on Nov. 13. The conference champion receives an automatic bid to the 2021 NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament.
