2011 NCAA Wrestling Championships

Liberty's four NCAA qualifiers make their start in the 2011 NCAA Wrestling Championship today, competing at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

Robert Jillard (125), T. J. Mitchell (133), Chad Porter (165) and Royal Brettrager II (174) are Liberty's participants.  More information on each qualifier can be gained by looking at the notes linked at the top of this page, or looking at each grappler's tournament preview, which can be found from the main wrestling page.

Action is slated to begin at 11:00 this morning for Session I, which are pigtail and the first round of the championship bracket.  Session II, this evening, are wrestlebacks as well as the second round of the championship bracket.
