Today's Flames Minute: Tuesday

Brought to you by Church Mutual Insurance, for this Tuesday, February 4, 2020, I'm Nick Pierce.

Beginning with women's hoops – Liberty is back in the win column after knocking off Kennesaw State Monday night, 76-66, the final inside the Vines Center. Three Lady Flames finished with double-figures, led by Keyen Green's 21 points, also 17 from Emily Lytle and a career-high 17 for sophomore Mya McMillian.

With the win, Liberty is now 5-4 in the ASUN, tied for fourth place and just one game out of second.

And the Flames family is mourning the loss of Liberty Athletics Hall of Famer and former basketball star Peter Aluma. Aluma died Sunday in Sacramento, Calif., at the age of 46.
