2020 Indoor Track & Field (Sr.) • ASUN 4 x 400 relay champion, while placing second in the distance medley relay and fourth in the 400. It marked the eighth time he was part of a conference-winning 4 x 400 relay squad (4 Big South, 3 ASUN, 1 IC4A) and made him a 15-time all-conference performer for his career. • Split 47.88 seconds for the second leg as Liberty won the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational 4 x 400 relay in a season-best 3:12.28 • VaSID second team all-state (4 x 400 relay)
2019 Outdoor Track & Field (Jr.) • Helped Liberty win the ASUN 4 x 400 relay in a meet-record time of 3:10.38 while anchoring the 4 x 100 relay team to third place (season-best 41.29) and taking fifth in the 400 • Fastest times of the season in the 400 (48.36) and 4 x 400 (3:10.04 with a 47.0 split on the second leg) both came at the Virginia Grand Prix • Ran the 400 and 4 x 400 relay events at the World University Games in Italy 2019 Indoor Track & Field (Jr.) • Part of Liberty's ASUN meet record-setting 4 x 400 relay team (3:11.65), while also placing third in the 400 (season-best 48.35) and seventh in the 200 (season-best 21.94) • Helped the Flames finish sixth in the IC4A 4 x 400 final • Joined Liberty's all-time top 10 list with a 1:04.03 in the Liberty Kickoff 500 2018 Outdoor Track & Field (So.) • Competed in both the 400 and 4 x 400 relay in his NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round debut. His 46.63-second anchor leg carry helped the 4 x 400 relay squad post a time of 3:08.52, leaving the Flames just one spot away from qualifying to the national meet. • Anchored the 4 x 400 relay team to victory at the Big South Championship in a season-best 3:08.19, while placing third in the 400 (personal-best 46.94) and eighth in the 200 (after personal-best 21.48 in the prelims) • Ran the second 200-meter leg for the Flames' sprint medley quartet at the Texas Relays, helping break a 21-year-old school record with a 3:20.65 clocking • Earned two relay medals (silver in 4 x 100 and bronze in 4 x 400) at the FISU America Games in Brazil 2017-18 Indoor Track & Field (So.) • Posted a 47.7-second leadoff leg, sending the Flames to the IC4A 4 x 400 relay title in a Liberty and Big South-record time of 3:09.88. He also placed fourth in the IC4A 400 final (indoor personal-best 47.91) and ran the 200 prelims • Big South champion in the 4 x 400 relay, runner-up in the 400 and third place in the 200 (indoor personal-best 21.67)
2017 Outdoor Track & Field (Fr.) • Helped the Flames win their first Big South outdoor 4 x 400 relay title since 2001, while placing second in the 200, 400 and 4 x 100 relay • Ran well on his home track, including season-best times in the 200 (21.68 at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational) and 400 (47.99 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier) • Season-best 100 clocking of 10.90 came at the Gamecock Invitational • Big South Presidential Honor Roll member 2016-17 Indoor Track & Field (Fr.) • Won the 400 and 4 x 400 relay titles and placed fourth in the 200 at his first Big South Championship • The second Liberty freshman ever to win the Big South men's indoor 400 championship • Led off for the Flames' 4 x 400 relay team which clocked a then school-record time of 3:13.18 in the IC4A prelims, while also competing in the IC4A 400 dash
