Liberty Picks Up First Win of the Season

Liberty picked up its first win of the season, defeating Western Carolina 1-0 Thursday night in Liberty's home opener. Liberty improved to 1-1-2 on the season while Western Carolina drops to 1-2-0 this season.

Liberty was able to control possession in the first half, while attempting six shots in the first 30 minutes of action. Liberty was able to capitalize on its seventh shot as Chloe Marr put Liberty up 1-0 right before halftime.
