Baseball Stadium Construction Cams

As the baseball stadium project progresses, live web cams showing the construction have been installed.

The cameras, which points towards the project from two angles, give viewers a live look at the project as it develops. The cameras are available on Liberty's Construction Cam web page which shows various construction projects on campus.  In addition, each camera has a time lapse feature.

The web cam can be accessed by clicking on the link above and will also be available by clicking on the Baseball Stadium Construction Cams link in the upper right hand corner of the baseball page here on

The links will take you to the page, where two cameras show the baseball stadium project. One of the cameras, labeled Baseball Stadium, shows the project looking from Greene Hall, while the Baseball Stadium West camera allows viewing of the work from Regents Parkway. The cameras can be accessed by clicking on their buttons on the page.

The new stadium is scheduled to be ready for the opening of the 2013 season. The stadium is the latest improvement to Liberty's athletics facilities in recent years. It will feature chairback seating for 2,500 spectators, a state of the art press box, a field turf playing surface, suites and a club room.  In addition, the stadium will become the operations center for the Flames baseball program with coaches' offices, a weight room, a training room, locker rooms, team room and indoor batting tunnels.
