Below is a journal entry from Devon Brown, chronicling the Lady Flames' Sunday in Israel. Also, please be sure to check out the Photo Gallery link above for a selection of photos from today's activities.

Today was a great day! We woke up at 7:30 and went to eat breakfast, before walking to a yacht and sailing the Red Sea. The weather was really nice, even at 8:30 a.m. The water was really blue too. I have never seen water that blue before. It was pretty cool!

Then, we went snorkeling and most of us have never done that before, so it was awesome. We enjoyed ourselves and also got some tans ... some of us redder than others.

After we had fun in the water, we had a delicious lunch on the boat. We then went to see the dolphins, which was cool. I had never seen a dolphin in person, only on TV.

After our boat ride wrapped up, we went shopping and found a McDonald's, and that was a pretty good feeling. We came back to the hotel to just chill and relax the rest of the day, because it was really hot outside and we don't want to be in the sun for too long.

We will have more stories for you tomorrow. This is Devon Brown, signing off.

As a reminder, the Lady Flames will return to the court Monday at 5:30 p.m. local (10:30 a.m. Eastern), facing the Israeli Arab sector team for the first time. Keep an eye on for a wrap-up of the game, as well as a journal entry from another Lady Flame.
