Today's "Open Net" segment features Lady Flame Caitlyn Riley.

Today, the "Open Net" segment highlights Caitlyn Riley, a junior from Alexandria, Va.

Riley, who sat out this season with a knee injury, is a graduate of Mount Vernon High School. As a freshman for the Lady Flames, she played in 11 matches with two starts, and posted her first career assist in a 9-0 win over Southern Virginia on Oct. 16, 2007.

At Mount Vernon, Riley was a 2007 Washington Post All-Met honorable mention. The three-time all-district honoree was also named to the Virginia High School League all-region team as a senior.

What is your favorite Bible verse?
1 John 4:16, because I like to feel loved, and His love is the only one that completely fills me up.
