UNC Asheville (4-9-1, 1-6-0 Big South) is on a four-game losing streak, most recently falling in a 1-0 decision to Gardner-Webb on Oct. 25. The Bulldogs' last victory came on Oct. 10 with a 3-0 win over visiting Presbyterian.

UNC Asheville is led by Chloe Small-McCleary with four goals and one assist, while keeper Veronica Lazar has played 939:12 in goal and made 48 saves, with a 0.96 goals-against average.

The Lady Flames are 10-7-2 all-time against the Bulldogs, and won last year's contest, 3-1, on Oct. 11 at home.

The Blue Hose of Presbyterian (3-10-1, 0-5-1 Big South) are winless since Sept. 17, when they defeated Wofford, 1-0. The squad tied Coastal Carolina, 1-1, in double overtime on Oct. 16 at home.

Presbyterian is led by Kate Baker, who has scored three goals, while keepers Sara Beth Anderson and Abby Young have split time in goal, making 50 and 33 saves, respectively.

Liberty is 2-0-0 all-time against the Blue Hose, and won last year's match, 5-1, at home, on Oct. 18.

This weekend's road trip will conclude the 2009 regular season. The Big South Women's Soccer Championship will be held in Charleston, S.C., Nov. 5-8.
