The Liberty field hockey team will close out its regular season with a home non-conference game against Davidson on Sunday. Game time is 2 p.m. at the Liberty Field Hockey Field.

Liberty, which received a No. 6 national ranking on Tuesday for the second straight week, enters the regular season finale with a 12-2 overall mark and a 10-2 BIG EAST record. The Lady Flames swept Temple in a two-game BIG EAST series last weekend, earning 4-2 and 2-0 wins.

Sunday's matchup will be a rematch of both teams' season openers. The Lady Flames and Wildcats met on Feb. 14 in Davidson, N.C., with Liberty prevailing 3-1. Liberty is 6-1 all-time against Davidson.

Davidson is 4-4 on the season and defeated Saint Louis 4-0 in its most recent contest, last Saturday.

Due to COVID-19 and state regulations, capacity at all Liberty Athletics events is under a limited capacity based on social distancing protocols. No public tickets are available for the Liberty Field Hockey Field, and attendance will be limited to a player pass list only.

On game day, the pass list table will open 60 minutes before game time. There will be a tent at the center of the Campus East Fields where team guests can check in.

Masks and social distancing of six feet or more from anyone not in a family or party are required at all times. More game day information and policies can be found at
