Key Stats & Notes
Thoughts from Associate Head Coach Brad Soucie (acting head coach in the game)
"Credit to Lipscomb they came out tougher and played harder and played with a greater purpose than we did to start the game. They set the tone but I am proud of our guys and the way they responded. They fought back and battled but we didn't set the tone early on, they did."
Liberty will close out its weekend series with Lipscomb on Saturday, Jan. 2, at Allena Arena. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m. ET and can be seen on ESPN+.
