The Liberty women's tennis team will head to Florida for a pair of matches over the weekend against Florida International and Florida Atlantic.

The Lady Flames (3-1), currently on a two-match winning streak, will take on the FIU Panthers (3-1), Friday at noon at the FIU Tennis Courts in Miami, Fla.

Liberty will wrap up the weekend with a Sunday match against the FAU Owls (1-0). First serve is pegged for 10 a.m. at the FAU Tennis Complex in Boca Raton, Fla.

The Lady Flames and FIU Panthers will be meeting for the second time. FIU topped Liberty 4-3 in the first-ever meeting between the two schools, Jan. 25, 2015.

Liberty and FAU will square off for the second straight year and third time overall. In 2019, the Lady Flames topped the Owls 4-3 on the road. In that match, senior Anna Dollar secured the victory with a three-set victory (6-4, 3-6, 6-3) on court six over the Owls' Kristen Thoms.
