The Lady Flames will look to snap a two-game losing skid and avenge a 72-61 defeat to the Hokies from 2018-19. • The Lady Flames are just 1-15 all-time against the Hokies, but the one victory came during their last visit to Blacksburg (Dec. 30, 2008). Liberty's 45-43 triumph that day is also their most recent win over an ACC opponent. • Liberty's Carey Green will be coaching in the same venue where he started his tenure with the Lady Flames, 20 years ago to the day (Nov. 15, 1999). Virginia Tech defeated Liberty 60-45 in that contest. • Junior Bridgette Rettstatt has scored in double figures in all three games to start the season.
