Following a historic regular season, Liberty placed three players on the ASUN Men's Golf All-Conference teams, while junior Ervin Chang was named the ASUN Men's Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Chang and senior Gabe Lench were selected to the ASUN Men's Golf All-Conference first team, while redshirt sophomore Kieran Vincent was named to the second-team all-conference listing.
Rounding out Liberty's award winners was freshman Jonathan Yaun, who was named to the ASUN Men's Golf All-Freshman team.
The all-conference honors are the second in the careers for Chang, Lench and Vincent. Chang was named to the Big South All-Conference team in 2018, while both Lench and Vincent were All-Big South selections in 2017.
Chang is the seventh golfer in Liberty's program history to be named a conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year and the first since 2014 (Ian McConnell – Big South Scholar-Athlete of the Year).
North Florida swept the rest of the major ASUN postseason accolades. Cody Carroll was named Freshman of the Year and Scott Schroeder was named Coach of the Year. Senior Philip Knowles was a unanimous selection for the 2019 ASUN Men's Golf Player of the year.
