Saraty will join the Lady Flames in fall 2019.
The Liberty women's tennis program has announced the addition of Eloise Saraty beginning in the fall of 2019.
"Eloise is an amazing player and an even more amazing person," stated Liberty Women's Tennis Head Coach Jeff Maren. "She has dedicated herself to being the best that she can be in all areas of life, and that mindset fits our program perfectly. We can't wait to have her join us on campus next fall!"
Saraty hails from West Molesey, Great Britain, and attends Cheam High School. She has experienced success throughout her junior tennis career and is currently ranked No. 31 at the U18 level. Saraty achieved a No. 1 ranking in Surrey County in England and is currently No. 2 in the county. She is also a national doubles winner.
Some of Saraty's other accomplishments include: two-time International Tennis Federation (ITF) doubles winner (Kuwait and Lebanon), ITF semifinals (Kuwait singles) British Tour finalist (Woking singles) and national finalist (Sutton 2017 singles). Saraty's team accomplishment came in 2017, when her squad won the 18U County Cup.
"As soon as I arrived at Liberty, I felt welcomed and realized that this is where I want to be! On this journey, I know I will develop new skills alongside improving my tennis and education, while creating new memories with a lot of great people," Saraty said.
