For the second consecutive week, the Liberty Flames men's soccer team has been ranked among the Atlantic Region's top teams as the latest regional rankings were released this afternoon. The Flames move up a spot to ninth in a region after re-entering the poll last week at No. 10. UNCW, which is ranked 13th in the national poll, heads the Atlantic Region poll. Idle this week, the Flames, who finished their regular season with a 7-6-1 record, will make their ASUN Men's Soccer Championship debut, Friday. No. 5 seed Liberty will face No. 4 seed Jacksonville in a ASUN Quarterfinal match at the Lipscomb Soccer Complex in Nashville, Tenn. Match time is scheduled for 8 p.m. Eastern. The winner of the match advances to play host No. 1 seed Lipscomb in Nashville, Tenn., on Sunday. The semifinal match is slated for 3 p.m. EST.
