Thanks to impressive performances at Friday's FSU Relays, Liberty track & field athletes have won three Big South Conference weekly honors. Redshirt senior Colin Schultz was named Big South Men's Track Athlete of the Week, junior Denzel Pratt is the Big South Men's Field Athlete of the Week and redshirt senior Jessie Glynn was recognized as Big South Women's Field Athlete of the Week.

All three Flames likely punched their tickets to the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round meet, and all three were honored by the Big South for the first time in 2018. Liberty has now seen 13 different athletes win Big South track & field weekly awards since the start of the 2018 indoor season.

Schultz's second career Big South weekly honor came as a result of his personal-best 3:46.19 clocking in the FSU Relays men's 1,500. That was good for fourth place in both the race and program history. The native of Las Vegas, Nev., currently ranks No. 11 in the NCAA's East Region.

Pratt hurled the javelin 211-5 in his season debut on Friday, earning his first-ever Big South weekly accolade. The Eleuthera, Bahamas native finished fifth in the event and ranks No. 20 on the NCAA East Region chart this season.

Glynn, who hails from Lynchburg, Va., won the FSU Relays women's pole vault title with a career-best clearance of 13-3.5. The highest pole vault clearance by a Lady Flame in 16 years is tied for fifth in the NCAA's East Region in 2018 and tied for third in Big South Conference history. Glynn is now a three-time Big South Athlete of the Week for her career.

When you get a high five from Tolsma you know you just did something good. ?? Started out my last outdoor season with a PR at 4.05m on first attempt! (13'3.5") So excited to see what else this season has for me!!!
