The Starting 5 - Liberty's Top Storylines
• Big South leader Liberty (17-9, 12-2 Big South) will travel to Winthrop (2-23, 1-13 Big South) Tuesday for the Lady Flames' next-to-last road game of the regular season.

• The Lady Flames have won six straight head-to-head meetings with Winthrop, including back-to-back visits to Rock Hill. Meanwhile, the Eagles are currently on a five-game losing streak.

• Liberty has held 10 straight opponents below 60 points and is yielding just 48.7 ppg in Big South play. The Lady Flames limited Winthrop to 37 points during the teams' first meeting on Jan. 9.

• Keyen Green scored 18 points in 18 minutes versus Winthrop on Jan. 9 and is averaging 18.3 ppg against the Eagles for her career. The sophomore has scored in double figures in nine straight games and leads conference players with 15.9 ppg in Big South play.

• Sophomore Ola Makurat averages 11.3 ppg against Winthrop during her career, including a 10-point outing on Jan. 9. The Lady Flames are 6-1 when she scores in double figures this season.

Notes and Anecdotes - Liberty vs. Winthrop
• Liberty has recorded six consecutive head-to-head wins over Winthrop, including back-to-back triumphs at the Winthrop Coliseum.
• Winthrop defeated Liberty in the 2014 Big South Championship semifinals on its way to the conference title. However, the Eagles are just 18-54 in Big South play since then.
• This year's Eagles are looking to halt a five-game losing streak. Their most recent victory was a 69-60 overtime win over Longwood on Jan. 30 at the Winthrop Coliseum.
• Winthrop has failed to reach the 60-point mark in each of its last five games, while Liberty has held 10 straight opponents below 60 points.
• Part of a youthful roster, Anika Riley captured back-to-back Big South Freshman of the Week honors on Feb. 5 and Feb. 12. Liberty's Ashtyn Baker has won a conference-high three Big South Freshman of the Week awards this season (Nov. 13, Dec. 4 and Dec. 27).
• Lynette Woodard is in her first full season as head coach at Winthrop. She had a distinguished playing career, earning an Olympic gold medal for Team USA in 1984 and becoming the first female member of the Harlem Globetrotters.

• Liberty is 7-6 all-time on Feb. 20.
• The Lady Flames had won five straight Feb. 20 contests before suffering a 58-51 home loss to Coastal Carolina on Feb. 20, 2016. That snapped Liberty's 45-game head-to-head winning streak against the Chanticleers.
• Liberty is 224-132 all-time in February, including 125-16 under Carey Green and 4-1 this season.

Lady Flames in the Palmetto State
• Liberty is 63-9 when playing in South Carolina under Head Coach Carey Green, including 1-0 this season. The Lady Flames' last two Big South titles (2013 and 2015) were won in Conway, S.C.

• The Lady Flames have clinched a top-four seed for the Big South Women's Basketball Championship and are chasing their first Big South regular-season title since 2014-15.
• The Lady Flames have now recorded 10 or more Big South wins for 19 straight seasons. Chattanooga, Green Bay and Stanford are the nation's only other teams which entered 2017-18 with an active streak of 18 straight seasons with 10+ wins within the same conference.
