The Starting 5 - Liberty's Top Storylines
• Big South leader Liberty (16-9, 11-2 Big South) will host second-place UNC Asheville (13-11, 10-3 Big South) Saturday evening for the Lady Flames' annual Play4Kay game.

• The Lady Flames, who will look to bounce back from a Tuesday loss at Radford, are 9-0 at home this season. Meanwhile, Asheville has won five straight meetings with the Lady Flames, five consecutive contests at the Vines Center and seven straight road games.

• Liberty has clinched a first-round bye for the Big South Women's Basketball Championship and can wrap up a top-four seed with a win on Saturday.

• Keyen Green was limited to nine points on 3-of-13 shooting at Asheville on Jan. 16. Since then, the sophomore has scored in double figures in eight straight games and is the conference's top scorer in Big South games at 15.7 ppg.

• Sophomore Lela Sellers continues to be a sharpshooter for the Lady Flames. She is shooting 52.2 percent from three-point range in Big South play and has hit a triple in eight consecutive games.

Notes and Anecdotes - Liberty vs. UNC Asheville
• Saturday's game will be a key matchup in the Big South, with Liberty leading the conference standings at 11-2 and UNC Asheville tied with Radford for second place at 10-3.
• Liberty (2015) and UNC Asheville (2016 and 2017) have combined to win the last three Big South Championship titles, including a 64-62 double overtime victory by Asheville in the 2016 championship game.
• The Bulldogs' 48-41 home win over Liberty on Jan. 16 marked Asheville's fifth straight victory against the Lady Flames. This is the longest winning streak by the Bulldogs against Liberty in series history and the longest by any Big South team versus the Lady Flames since UNCG recorded eight consecutive victories over Liberty between 1994-97.
• UNC Asheville has won five straight games at the Vines Center, including its 57-53 triumph over the Lady Flames on Feb. 27, 2017 and four contests during the 2017 Big South Women's Basketball Championship.
• The Bulldogs have been better on the road (7-4) than at home (6-7) in 2017-18 and are riding a seven-game road winning streak.
• Asheville post player (and Danville, Va., native) Bronaza Fitzgerald has put herself in the running for Big South Player of the Year consideration. She is the conference's leading rebounder (9.7 rpg) and ranks seventh in scoring (13.5 ppg).

• The Lady Flames are playing on Feb. 17 for the second consecutive season. Audrey Rettstatt and Ola Makurat
