The Starting 5 - Liberty's Top Storylines
• Big South-leading Liberty (13-8, 8-1 Big South) will open the second half of conference play on Saturday, welcoming Presbyterian (7-13, 4-5 Big South) to the Vines Center. The Lady Flames are in search of their first five-game winning streak of the season.

• The Lady Flames, who are 7-0 at home, will attempt to complete a regular-season sweep of the Blue Hose after posting a 76-64 victory in Clinton on Jan. 2. Lela Sellers scored a season-high 18 points that night, shooting 5-of-5 from three-point range.

• Liberty is holding Big South teams to 50.3 ppg and 22.1 percent three-point shooting. The Lady Flames will attempt to neutralize PC, which ranks No. 14 nationally with 9.2 three-pointers made per game and hit 13 triples in the teams' first meeting.

• Keyen Green, averaging 20.8 ppg and 9.0 rpg during Liberty's four-game winning streak, is shooting 75 percent from the field against PC for her career.

• Tatyana Crowder has stepped up of late. After totaling 18 points during the season's first 18 games, she has scored 27 points in the last three outings, including a career-high 10 at High Point on Tuesday.

Notes and Anecdotes - Liberty vs. Presbyterian
• Liberty and Presbyterian, which opened Big South Conference play against one another, will tip off the second half of the conference schedule by facing each other as well.
• Liberty is seeking its first regular-season sweep of Presbyterian since 2014-15, after the Blue Hose went 3-1 against the Lady Flames the last two seasons.
• The Lady Flames are limiting opposing Big South teams to 22.1 percent shooting from three-point range, including an 0-of-16 performance by High Point on Tuesday. Presbyterian, which ranks No. 14 nationally with 9.2 three-pointers made per game, shot 50 percent (13-of-26) from behind the arc against Liberty on Jan. 2.
• Presbyterian is only 2-9 on the road this season, but one of those two victories was a 76-74 triumph at UNC Asheville last Saturday (Jan. 27). 
• Tuesday's contest will feature six of this season's 12 Big South Freshmen of the Week. Liberty's Ashtyn Baker has won won a conference-best three awards, while PC's Macee Tamminen has been honored twice and PC's Tess Santos won her first award on Monday.
• PC senior point guard Cortney Storey leads the Big South in assists (6.2 apg) and ranks fourth in steals (2.0 spg). Liberty point guard Ashtyn Baker tops all Big South freshmen in those two categories (3.4 apg, 1.5 spg).

• Liberty is 10-4 all-time on Feb. 3, including 5-0 under Carey Green.

• The Lady Flames have not played on Feb. 3 since 2007, when Megan Frazee's 16 points and seven rebounds helped Liberty post a 66-62 victory at UNC Asheville.
•  Liberty is 220-131 all-time in February, including 121-15 under Carey Green and 5-3 last season.

Lady Flames in the Big South
• Liberty is alone atop the Big South Conference standings at 8-1, halfway through its 18-game conference schedule

• The Lady Flames are looking to start 9-1 in conference play for the first time since 2014-15, when Liberty finished 19-1 in the Big South.
• Liberty is off to a good start as it looks to win 10+ Big South games for the 19th consecutive season. The Lady Flames are also chasing their 16th Big South regular-season title, but their first since the 2014-15 season.

Lady Flames at the Vines Center
• Liberty is 7-0 at home this season and is looking for its first 8-0 start at the Vines Center since the 2007-08 Lady Flames went a perfect 13-0 on their home court.

• Liberty is the only Big South women's basketball team which is unbeaten at home this season.
• This is the Lady Flames' 28th season of basketball at the Vines Center. 
• The Lady Flames are 283-73 all-time at the facility, including 212-37 under Head Coach Carey Green. Saturday's game will mark the 250th contest he has coached at the Vines Center.
